This is awesome…

It is a type of animal known as sea lilies. Normally they attach themselves to the ground, but this one was captured on film jogging across the sea floor.

If I ever retire to become a fulltime sci-fi/fantasy writer, I think a good portion of my time will be spent scouring science blogs for inspiration.
